Return & Refund Policy – LIORÉNNA

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Easy Returns (30 Days)

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

To start a return, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or with a manufacturing issue, we will:

  • Replace it at no cost to you

  • Cover return shipping for the defective item

Please provide a photo or short video showing the issue to help us process your replacement quickly.


3. Customized or Personalized Items

Due to their personalized nature, customized or engraved items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of:

  • Defect

  • Damage during shipping


4. Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 6 hours of purchase. Customized items cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • Incorrect Address: Contact us within 6 hours to correct your address. After this window, changes may not be possible due to expedited processing.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but not received:

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier

  • Liability for lost or stolen packages rests with the carrier


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse in the Netherlands

  • For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
