International Shipping & Customs (DDP – No Extra Fees)

All international orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services.
This means that customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are fully covered by us before your parcel arrives in your country.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or other issues not caused by LIORÉNNA, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
