Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options (Subscriptions)
This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, skips, rescheduling, and pauses work for all purchase options and subscriptions.
Before you can make any changes to your plan, including cancelling, skipping, rescheduling, or pausing, you must complete a minimum of one paid month.
No adjustments can be made before your first billing cycle has been fully paid.
All changes to your subscription must be made directly through your Account Page.
Customer support cannot process these changes manually.
Through your Account Page, you can:
Cancel your subscription
Skip upcoming sessions/services
Reschedule booked sessions (if applicable)
Pause your plan
After completing your first paid month:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account Page.
Cancellation must be done before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
After your first paid month:
You can skip sessions or services through the Account Page.
Skips must be submitted before the cut-off time indicated in your account.
Skipped sessions do not automatically roll over unless your plan specifically allows it.
After your first paid month:
You can reschedule sessions through the Account Page, based on availability.
Rescheduling must be done before the cut-off time.
Late rescheduling may count as a missed session.
After your first paid month:
You can pause your plan directly from the Account Page.
Pauses must be requested before your next billing cycle begins.
Pauses may be limited depending on your subscription type.
If changes are not made on time in your Account Page:
Your plan will proceed as scheduled.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or late changes.
