LIORÉNNA Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to The LIORÉNNA Edit and all recurring jewelry subscriptions offered by LIORÉNNA.

By starting a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any other applicable store policies.

1. The LIORÉNNA Edit

The LIORÉNNA Edit is a recurring monthly jewelry subscription.

Subscribers receive one curated jewelry piece per subscription cycle based on their selected jewelry preference.

Available preferences may include:

• Rotating
• Necklaces
• Bracelets
• Earrings

LIORÉNNA selects the individual jewelry piece. Selecting a preference determines the type of jewelry you receive but does not allow you to select a specific design unless otherwise stated.

2. First Month Free

Eligible new subscribers receive their first subscription jewelry piece for $0 as part of our First Month Free introductory offer.

The First Month Free offer is limited to one use per customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

After receiving the introductory free subscription piece, the customer is committed to at least one paid monthly renewal at the subscription price displayed and agreed to when subscribing, as explained below.

The First Month Free offer therefore forms part of a recurring subscription with a minimum commitment and is not a standalone free product.

Standard subscription shipping is included during the introductory month unless otherwise stated during signup or checkout.

3. Minimum Commitment

By subscribing through the First Month Free offer, you agree to a minimum commitment consisting of:

First subscription piece: $0

Second subscription piece: charged at the monthly subscription price displayed and agreed to when you subscribed

Your first required paid renewal is scheduled approximately one month after your original subscription date.

You may not cancel, pause or skip the subscription in a way that avoids this first required paid renewal, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

After your first required paid renewal has been successfully completed, your subscription continues monthly and may be managed or cancelled in accordance with the terms below.

4. Monthly Billing & Automatic Renewal

After the introductory free subscription cycle, your subscription automatically renews at the monthly subscription price displayed and agreed to when you subscribed.

The applicable recurring price will be clearly displayed as part of the subscription offer before you subscribe.

Different subscription prices, promotional offers or introductory offers may be available to different customers or at different times.

Your first required paid renewal occurs approximately one month after your initial subscription date.

For example, if you subscribe on September 10, your introductory subscription piece costs $0 and your first required paid renewal will generally occur around October 10. Subsequent renewals will generally occur monthly thereafter until the subscription is cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorize LIORÉNNA and its payment providers to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription for the applicable recurring subscription price in accordance with these terms.

5. Automatic Renewal After the Minimum Commitment

After completing your first required paid renewal, your subscription will continue to automatically renew at your applicable monthly subscription price until cancelled.

Each successful paid renewal provides one new curated jewelry piece.

Standard subscription shipping is included unless otherwise stated during signup or checkout.

Applicable taxes may be charged where required.

Your applicable subscription price is generally the price displayed and agreed to when you subscribed, unless that price is subsequently changed in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

6. Cancellation

The First Month Free introductory offer includes the minimum commitment described in Section 3.

After completing your first required paid renewal, you may cancel your subscription to prevent subsequent monthly renewals.

Cancellation must be completed before your next renewal is processed to prevent the next recurring charge.

If a renewal payment has already been successfully processed and the corresponding order has entered processing, cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals but will not automatically cancel or refund the order already being processed.

Nothing in this Policy limits cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be restricted or excluded.

7. Pausing & Skipping

Where supported, eligible subscribers may pause their subscription or skip an upcoming subscription cycle after completing the minimum commitment.

A pause or skip must be submitted before the relevant upcoming renewal or order is processed.

If an order has already been generated, paid for or entered processing, the requested change may apply to the following eligible subscription cycle instead.

Availability of pause or skip functionality may depend on the subscription management options made available by LIORÉNNA or its subscription provider.

8. Jewelry Preferences

Subscribers may choose from available jewelry preferences, which may include:

Rotating
Necklaces
Bracelets
Earrings

Your selected preference determines the category from which LIORÉNNA curates your subscription piece.

The specific design you receive is selected by LIORÉNNA and may vary between subscription cycles.

Images displayed on our website, advertisements, social media or other promotional materials may show examples and do not guarantee that a specific pictured piece will be included in your subscription.

9. Changing Your Jewelry Preference

Where supported, you may change your jewelry preference for future subscription pieces.

Changes must be submitted before the applicable subscription order is generated or processed.

For example, if your current preference is Rotating and you change it to Earrings before your next eligible subscription order is generated, future selections may be curated according to your updated Earrings preference.

If an order has already been generated or entered processing, we cannot guarantee that a preference change will apply to that order. The change may instead take effect from the following eligible subscription cycle.

10. Rotating Preference

Selecting Rotating allows LIORÉNNA to curate jewelry from different available categories over time.

For example, one subscription cycle may contain a necklace while another may contain earrings or a bracelet.

The category sequence, individual designs and frequency of particular jewelry types are determined by LIORÉNNA and are not guaranteed.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is included with The LIORÉNNA Edit unless otherwise clearly stated during signup or checkout.

This includes standard shipping for the introductory free subscription piece where the applicable offer states that shipping is free.

Subscription orders are processed after the relevant order has been generated and, for paid renewals, after successful payment.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on processing times, destination, carrier performance, customs procedures, holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information and for keeping their shipping details up to date for future subscription orders.

12. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, LIORÉNNA or its subscription and payment providers may attempt to process the payment again.

The corresponding jewelry piece may not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully completed.

Repeated or continued payment failure may result in the subscription being suspended or cancelled.

A failed payment does not necessarily cancel the subscription automatically.

13. First Month Free — One Per Customer

The First Month Free introductory offer is limited to one introductory offer per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers who have previously received a free introductory LIORÉNNA Edit are not eligible to receive another First Month Free offer unless LIORÉNNA explicitly makes another promotional offer available to them.

Attempts to create multiple accounts, subscriptions or orders for the primary purpose of repeatedly obtaining free introductory pieces may result in cancellation of the promotional order or loss of promotional eligibility, subject to applicable law.

LIORÉNNA may use reasonably available customer, account, payment, shipping and order information to determine promotional eligibility, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Curated Selections & Product Availability

The LIORÉNNA Edit is a curated subscription.

Images of previous pieces, example jewelry, packaging or promotional products are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that you will receive those specific products or designs.

LIORÉNNA determines the individual piece included in each subscription cycle based on your selected jewelry preference, available inventory and our curation.

If a planned piece becomes unavailable, LIORÉNNA may select another suitable piece consistent with your selected jewelry preference.

Individual designs, stones, finishes, dimensions and other characteristics may vary between subscription cycles.

15. Returns, Damaged & Incorrect Items

If your subscription piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact LIORÉNNA Customer Support.

Returns, refunds, replacements and other remedies are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Because The LIORÉNNA Edit is a curated subscription, receiving a design different from an example shown in promotional materials, or simply preferring another design, does not by itself mean that an item is defective or incorrect.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

16. Subscription Prices, Promotions & Price Changes

Your recurring subscription price is the price displayed and agreed to when you subscribe, unless subsequently changed in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

LIORÉNNA may offer different subscription prices, introductory offers, discounts or promotions to different customers or at different times.

For example, a new customer may be offered a different monthly subscription price than a customer who subscribed through an earlier offer.

A lower or otherwise different promotional price offered to new customers does not automatically apply to existing subscriptions.

Likewise, an existing subscriber does not automatically lose the subscription price associated with their subscription solely because LIORÉNNA later offers a different price to new customers.

LIORÉNNA may change subscription pricing in the future.

If LIORÉNNA changes the recurring price applicable to an existing subscription, any notice, consent, cancellation opportunity or other requirement imposed by applicable law will be provided or followed before the new price takes effect.

17. Taxes & Additional Charges

Applicable sales tax, VAT or other taxes may be charged where required by law.

Any applicable amount will be displayed or calculated as required during checkout or billing.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, standard subscription shipping is included in the subscription price.

Customers may remain responsible for charges imposed independently by third parties or government authorities where permitted by applicable law.

18. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Subscription Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived.

Where applicable consumer law provides additional cancellation, withdrawal, refund, disclosure or other rights, those rights will apply regardless of anything in this Policy that states otherwise.

If any provision of this Subscription Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law applicable to a customer, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

19. Changes to This Policy

LIORÉNNA may update this Subscription Policy from time to time.

The version applicable to a subscription will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed to when the subscription was created.

Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated before taking effect.

Changes to promotional offers or prices offered to new customers do not automatically modify the terms or price of an existing subscription.
