LIORÉNNA Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to The LIORÉNNA Edit and recurring jewelry subscriptions offered by LIORÉNNA.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable purchase terms, this Subscription Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and other applicable store policies.

1. The LIORÉNNA Edit

The LIORÉNNA Edit is a monthly jewelry subscription offering one curated jewelry piece per monthly delivery.

Customers may select a jewelry preference from the following available categories:

• Necklaces

• Bracelets

• Earrings

• Rotating selections

LIORÉNNA selects the individual jewelry piece based on the customer's chosen preference and available inventory. Selecting a category does not guarantee a particular design unless expressly stated.

2. First Month for $0.99 — Introductory Offer

Eligible new customers may purchase the introductory offer, which includes two monthly jewelry deliveries for a total minimum purchase price of $30.94 USD, before applicable taxes.

The introductory purchase is payable in two installments:

• First installment: $0.99 USD, charged at checkout.

• Second installment: $29.95 USD, scheduled 30 days after the initial purchase.

Standard shipping is included with both deliveries.

The $0.99 introductory price is available only as part of the initial two-delivery purchase commitment and is not offered as a standalone $0.99 jewelry purchase.

After the initial two-delivery commitment, the subscription automatically continues at $29.95 USD per month unless automatic renewal has been canceled.

The introductory offer is limited to one use per eligible customer unless otherwise stated.

3. Initial Two-Delivery Purchase Commitment

By accepting the First Month for $0.99 offer, you agree to purchase two monthly jewelry deliveries for a total of $30.94 USD, before applicable taxes.

The initial purchase consists of the $0.99 payment at checkout and the subsequent $29.95 installment.

The second installment is part of the initial purchase agreement and is distinct from optional automatic renewals following the initial two deliveries.

Customers may turn off future automatic renewals at any time.

Turning off automatic renewals does not, by itself, discharge a separate outstanding installment obligation under the initial purchase agreement, provided that obligation is legally enforceable.

All payments remain subject to applicable consumer law, the customer's valid payment authorization, and any applicable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other legal rights.

4. Billing Schedule and Payment Authorization

For the First Month for $0.99 offer, the following billing schedule applies:

Day 0 — Initial Purchase

The customer is charged $0.99 USD for the first jewelry delivery and agrees to the initial two-delivery purchase commitment.

Day 30 — Second Installment

The remaining $29.95 USD is scheduled for payment, subject to the initial purchase agreement, applicable law, and valid payment authorization.

Day 60 and Subsequent Monthly Periods — Automatic Renewal

Following the initial two-delivery purchase, the subscription automatically renews at $29.95 USD per month unless automatic renewal has been canceled.

The actual billing dates applicable to the customer will be determined by the billing schedule disclosed at signup.

By completing checkout and providing the required affirmative consent, customers authorize LIORÉNNA and its payment providers to process the agreed initial purchase payments and any subsequent authorized automatic renewal payments, subject to applicable law.

Applicable payment amounts, billing dates, minimum purchase obligations, automatic renewal terms, and cancellation information will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

5. Automatic Monthly Renewal

After the initial two-delivery purchase, The LIORÉNNA Edit continues as a monthly automatically renewing subscription.

Each renewal costs $29.95 USD, before applicable taxes, and includes one curated jewelry piece with standard shipping.

Automatic renewals continue until canceled by the customer or otherwise terminated in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

Customers may turn off automatic renewal at any time, including during the initial two-delivery purchase period.

When automatic renewal is canceled, no further optional monthly renewal payments will be scheduled after the initial purchase commitment.

6. Cancellation and Ending Automatic Renewals

Customers may turn off future automatic renewals online at any time through the subscription management options provided by LIORÉNNA.

Cancellation of automatic renewal does not, by itself, terminate a separate and legally enforceable payment obligation arising from the initial two-delivery purchase agreement.

For example, a customer who turns off automatic renewal after the initial $0.99 purchase will not be charged for an optional third monthly delivery. The second installment of $29.95 may remain payable under the initial purchase agreement, subject to applicable law and valid payment authorization.

Customers are not required to complete their initial purchase commitment before requesting cancellation of future automatic renewals.

Cancellation of future automatic renewals will take effect without requiring the customer to contact support or complete an additional purchase.

Customers should cancel before an upcoming optional renewal is processed to prevent that renewal charge.

Cancellation does not automatically reverse payments or cancel orders already processed. Refunds, returns, and other remedies remain available where required by law or under the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.

If a customer experiences difficulty accessing subscription management, they may contact LIORÉNNA Customer Support.

Nothing in this section restricts any consumer right to cancel, withdraw authorization, dispute a payment, obtain a refund, or exercise another remedy available under applicable law.

7. Pausing and Skipping Deliveries

After completing the initial two-delivery purchase commitment, customers may pause or skip future monthly deliveries where this functionality is available.

Pausing or skipping a delivery does not automatically cancel the subscription unless expressly stated.

Requests must be submitted before the applicable renewal or order has been processed.

If a renewal has already been processed, the requested change may apply to the following eligible subscription cycle.

The availability of pause and skip features may depend on the subscription management functionality provided by LIORÉNNA.

8. Jewelry Preferences

Subscribers may select from available jewelry preferences, including:

• Necklaces

• Bracelets

• Earrings

• Rotating selections

The selected preference determines the jewelry category from which LIORÉNNA curates each monthly piece.

LIORÉNNA selects the individual jewelry design.

Specific designs, colors, finishes, and styles may vary depending on availability.

9. Changing Jewelry Preferences

Customers may change their jewelry preferences through the available subscription management options.

Preference changes must be submitted before the applicable order is generated or processed.

If an order has already entered processing, LIORÉNNA cannot guarantee that the change will apply to that order.

The updated preference may instead apply to the following eligible monthly delivery.

10. Rotating Jewelry Preference

Customers selecting the Rotating preference authorize LIORÉNNA to curate pieces from different available jewelry categories.

For example, one monthly delivery may contain a necklace, while another may contain earrings or a bracelet.

The sequence of jewelry categories, individual designs, and frequency of particular styles are determined by LIORÉNNA.

No specific category sequence or jewelry design is guaranteed.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is included with The LIORÉNNA Edit unless otherwise clearly disclosed before purchase.

This includes standard shipping for both deliveries under the introductory two-delivery purchase offer.

Subscription orders are processed according to the applicable order and payment schedule.

Paid renewal orders may be held until payment has been successfully completed.

Delivery estimates shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on processing times, destination, carrier performance, customs procedures, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided by email when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information and keeping their delivery information up to date.

Nothing in this section limits any delivery rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

12. Failed Payments

If an authorized payment fails, LIORÉNNA or its payment providers may attempt to collect the outstanding payment again, subject to applicable law, payment authorization, and payment-network requirements.

An order associated with an unsuccessful payment may not be processed or shipped until the payment has been successfully completed.

Repeated payment failures may result in suspension or termination of the applicable subscription.

A failed payment does not automatically terminate a legally enforceable outstanding purchase obligation.

Customers may contact LIORÉNNA Customer Support regarding payment difficulties.

LIORÉNNA will not treat this Policy as authorization to charge a payment method where authorization has been lawfully withdrawn or the charge is otherwise prohibited.

13. Introductory Offer Eligibility

The First Month for $0.99 introductory offer is generally limited to one use per customer.

Customers who have previously received a free or discounted introductory LIORÉNNA Edit offer may be ineligible for another introductory offer unless LIORÉNNA expressly permits it.

LIORÉNNA may take reasonable steps to identify repeated promotional use, subject to applicable law.

Promotional eligibility may be assessed using reasonably available account, order, shipping, and payment-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

LIORÉNNA reserves the right to decline an introductory offer where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, subject to applicable consumer rights.

14. Curated Jewelry and Product Availability

The LIORÉNNA Edit is a curated jewelry subscription.

Images of jewelry previously included in subscriptions, promotional materials, packaging, or advertisements are illustrative unless expressly identified as guaranteed products.

Customers are not guaranteed to receive a particular previously featured jewelry piece.

LIORÉNNA selects each monthly piece based on the customer's selected jewelry preference and available inventory.

If a planned piece becomes unavailable, LIORÉNNA may substitute another suitable piece consistent with the customer's selected jewelry preference.

Jewelry designs, finishes, stones, dimensions, and other characteristics may vary.

15. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Returns, refunds, replacements, and other remedies are handled in accordance with the LIORÉNNA Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

If a subscription piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact LIORÉNNA Customer Support.

Because The LIORÉNNA Edit is a curated subscription, receiving a different design from a promotional example does not, by itself, mean that an item is defective or incorrect.

However, customers retain all applicable return, refund, replacement, and other consumer rights.

Cancellation of future automatic renewals and requests for refunds or returns are separate processes.

Nothing in this section restricts any remedy required by applicable law.

16. Subscription Prices and Promotions

The subscription price applicable to a customer is the price disclosed and agreed to at signup, subject to any subsequent lawful changes.

LIORÉNNA may offer different introductory promotions, subscription prices, or discounts at different times.

A promotional price offered to new customers does not automatically apply to existing subscriptions.

Existing customers retain the price applicable to their subscription unless that price is changed in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

Where a price change requires advance notice, consent, or an opportunity to cancel, LIORÉNNA will comply with those requirements before applying the change.

17. Taxes and Additional Charges

Subscription prices are stated in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable sales taxes or other legally required taxes may be added where required by law.

Any applicable taxes will be disclosed or calculated in accordance with applicable requirements.

Standard subscription shipping is included unless otherwise clearly disclosed before purchase.

Additional charges will not be imposed without an appropriate contractual and legal basis.

18. Subscription Confirmations and Notifications

Following purchase, customers will receive an order or subscription confirmation containing the relevant purchase details.

The confirmation will include or provide access to the applicable subscription terms, billing information, cancellation instructions, and other information required by law.

LIORÉNNA may send notifications regarding upcoming payments, automatic renewals, subscription changes, payment failures, shipping, and other subscription-related matters.

Where applicable law requires advance renewal notices, annual reminders, material-change notices, or other communications, LIORÉNNA will provide them in accordance with those requirements.

Customers are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address for subscription-related communications.

19. Customer Accounts and Subscription Management

Customers may access available subscription management functions through the customer account or subscription management portal provided by LIORÉNNA.

Available functions may include:

• Turning off future automatic renewals

• Changing jewelry preferences

• Pausing or skipping eligible future deliveries

• Reviewing subscription details

• Updating eligible account or delivery information

Access to cancellation of future automatic renewals will not be conditioned on completion of the initial two-delivery purchase commitment.

Subscription management functionality may vary, but LIORÉNNA will provide cancellation methods required by applicable law.

20. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Subscription Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.

Where applicable law provides additional cancellation, withdrawal, refund, disclosure, payment authorization, or other consumer rights, those rights take precedence over conflicting provisions of this Policy.

If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, that provision will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

The existence of an initial purchase commitment does not eliminate rights that customers retain under applicable law.

21. Changes to This Policy

LIORÉNNA may update this Subscription Policy from time to time.

The terms applicable to an existing purchase or subscription will be determined by the agreement accepted at signup and applicable law.

Changes to this Policy will not automatically modify an existing customer's purchase price, payment obligations, or other material contractual terms.

Where required by law, LIORÉNNA will provide advance notice, obtain consent, or offer cancellation rights before material changes take effect.
